Finished in 2007 the Monarch Dubai is a deluxe hotel built in the middle of the new business district. The 33-floor building of the hotel is linked to 37 – storey office tower.

On 31st floor there are two Presidential Suites, and the highest floors (32nd- 33th ) are occupied by the Monarch Suite, the pearl in the hotel’s crown.
Monarch suite has one Master bedroom supported by three smaller ones, two Majlis a table for 12 and a private cinema zone with seats for 10 guests to watch the latest news, or a DVD blockbuster.
The hotel also features 53 services apartments, which guests can use the hotel facilities, jet they have the seaparate entrance and private reception desk.
While the luxurious apartment take the top of the building, all seven restaurants and longues are located on the ground or on the first floor. Amnog them are modern European Empire, Mizaan with an International cuisine and Japanese Okku.
Above the restaurants there are 15 conference rooms, the largest one has the capacity of 250 seats, and the Al Masa Ballroom which can held over 5 00 visitors.
