In Muslim countries Friday (Jumu’ah) is the day off work, the weekend starts on Thursday’s afternoon and ends on Friday’s night. The facilities are generally closed on Fridays, some closed on Fridays and Saturdays as well. Some of businesses ( shopping centers ) are opened for few afternoon hours on Friday.
