The most recognisable symbols of Emirates Golf Club are the club buildings shaped into the Bedouin’s tents.
One of the finest golf courses in Emirates host yearly competitions of Dubai Desert Classic considered to be the world’s most exclusive, often visited by Tiger Woods.
Emirates Hill is not only the best golf club, but also the village with expensive private residences still expanding their original area.
There are three courses here: Majlis, Faldo and trainee Par-3.

The Majlis Course

The Majlis, which takes its name from the Arabic word for ‘meeting place’ was the first grass course in the Middle East, at the time it was opened in 1988.

Dubai Desert Classic Host course: 1989 – 1990, 1992 – 1998, 2001 – 2008.

The Faldo Course

Emirates Golf Club’s second championship golf course was opened in 1996 named ‘Wadi’ (Arabic word for ‘valley’).Between 2005-2006 The Wadi has been redesigned by golf champion Nick Faldo.
